Things that went wrong and how we handled the situation to fix the problem:

How do you coordinate separate wedding party and family photos when both you and your significant other are at the same venue getting ready? We worked with the photographer to coordinate the times when the bride and her party could be out around the venue while ensuring the groom stayed hidden in one spot (don't worry he had a tv and plenty of drinks ;). Then we switched! To pull this off communication between your photographer, coordinator and wedding party is key.
